Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Important Shipping Policies

  • We currently ship to US addresses only, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses (Standard only).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • For orders containing multiple items, all items will be shipped together when possible. Split shipments may occur for large orders.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
