Flat-Rate Shipping
We charge a flat shipping fee of $4.99 on all orders shipped within the United States.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, please allow the following estimated transit times:

Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. We hope to expand our shipping coverage in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipment notification.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please retain all original packaging and take photos of any damage, as these may be required for a carrier claim.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been handed off to the carrier. Danishagroconnect Store is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away and we will do our best to update it before shipment.
