5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. A flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies to all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed — delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not our liability.

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our fulfillment facility; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving carrier disputes.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us via email or phone. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, our standard Return & Refund policy applies.
