1. Terms of Service
By accessing or placing an order through Danishagroconnect Store (the “Store”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Store.

1.2 Products & Descriptions
We offer premium paper boxes and packaging solutions including gift boxes, favor boxes, decorative storage boxes, and custom packaging in various sizes, colors, and designs. While we strive for accurate product descriptions, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are free from error. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders placed at that price.
1.3 Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full prior to order fulfillment. ZEN ROLLER LLC reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
1.4 Order Acceptance
Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders with suspected fraud, bulk orders, or items no longer in stock.
1.5 Intellectual Property
All content on this Store — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the exclusive property of ZEN ROLLER LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

3. Shipping Policy
3.1 Shipping Area
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time unless otherwise specified at checkout.
3.2 Shipping Rate
A flat shipping fee of $4.99 USD applies to all orders, regardless of order size or weight. This rate is displayed at checkout prior to payment.
3.3 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3.4 Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier operations, weather, or other factors beyond our control are not the responsibility of Danishagroconnect Store or ZEN ROLLER LLC.
3.5 Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days of your order date, please contact us at [email protected].
3.6 Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
4. Return & Refund Policy
4.1 Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
4.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, assembled, or altered in any way.
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at time of purchase.
- Items without original packaging.
4.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions. Do not ship items back without first receiving a return authorization from us.
4.4 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4.5 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
4.6 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
4.7 Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective product or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
