2. Designated Copyright Agent

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
4. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Santa Barbara County, California if you are outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, ZEN ROLLER LLC has adopted a policy of terminating accounts of users who are deemed repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion. We may also limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is any repeat infringement.

5. Misrepresentation Warning

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by us or the alleged infringer. 6. Modifications to This Policy
