At Danishagroconnect, we take pride in the quality of our premium paper boxes and packaging products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly. Please read the full policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items are unused, unassembled (where applicable), and in their original packaging.
- Items are free from damage caused by the customer (e.g., writing, folding, cutting, or staining).
- Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is provided.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. To process your claim quickly, please have the following ready:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and the outer packaging

How to Start a Return
- Contact us — Email [email protected] or call +1 (805) 705-3866 with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive authorization — Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack & ship — Securely package the item(s) and include your RMA number inside the package. Ship the return to the address provided in our return authorization email.
- Refund issued — Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow the following timeframes after refund processing:
- Credit / Debit Cards: 5–10 business days (depending on your card issuer)
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Other payment methods: Up to 10 business days
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated. The original shipping fee of $4.99 is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or design, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not liable for items lost in transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the order is shipped.
