Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking number once your order has shipped.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions, weather, or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays).

6. Address Accuracy

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

The following items are not eligible for return: items marked as final sale, customized or personalized products, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Return Shipping

6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping.
