At Danishagroconnect Store, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every paper box and packaging product we sell. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right — quickly and without hassle.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
- Item is free from damage caused after delivery (e.g., writing, stickers, moisture).
- You have your order number or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized packaging orders.
- Items purchased during a clearance or final-sale promotion.
- Items that have been used, assembled, or altered.
- Digital downloads or design templates.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you — no need to return the item.
4. How to Start a Return
Follow these simple steps:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Securely pack the item(s) and ship to the address provided. Write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
5. Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days after approval.
- PayPal: 3–5 business days after approval.
- If your refund is delayed beyond these windows, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Our error (wrong item, defective, damaged): We cover return shipping costs in full.
- Customer preference (change of mind, ordered wrong size): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Original shipping charges of $4.99 are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet shipped. To cancel, email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Once shipped, standard return procedures apply.
8. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time for you.
